"Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" Smoothie
You will need:
1 ripe banana
250 ml of reduced fat soy milk
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1 pinch of chilli flakes
1 pinch of ginger powder
2 tsp of sugar-free cocoa powder
Calories: Approx. 233 kcal.
Throw all your ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Drink this smoothie in the morning, for a little pick-me-up.
